Pleased with Installer, Salesperson, and
COPS
Dear SafeGuard Security Matrix Group,
I'm writing today to tell you how very pleased I am
with the security system that your technicians installed
for my family last week. John from Inside Sales was
particularly helpful in explaining how the system worked
and was very patient with all of my questions! Your
installer, Tony, was also very efficient and knowledgeable.
(He was also neat and tidy and I did not have to clean
up after he was finished!)
When my child accidentally triggered the alarm I was
most impressed with the quick response of COPS Monitoring
Service - they called within 30 seconds! This is most
important to me because my children are at home alone
sometimes and it's good to know help can be summoned
so swiftly.

Effort
Dear Sirs:
This letter serves to inform you about your employee,
Janet Shepherd, on a service call to the Albert's home
in Cornelius, NC. On or about September 19, Janet came
to our home to set us up on continued service with your
company. While setting up our service, my daughter,
Lexi, fell down our stairs. Lexi severely injured her
lip. It was obvious she needed immediate medical attention.
As a mother, I was overwhelmed with the circumstances
I faced with 2 children, ages 3 and 4. Janet immediately
cradled my injured child and told me to get my car keys.
I drove us in my car to the doctor where she was treated
by a plastic surgeon. Janet returned to our home to
finish her work after she dropped us off at the pediatric
office.
I had to let you know Janet is an asset to SafeGuard
Security Matrix Group. I was blessed to have someone
like her in my home. I have shared my story with many
friends and family and am now sharing it with you. If
Janet has not already shared this, I feel this is a
fantastic success story illustrating going above and
beyond the call of duty. It is people like Janet that
allow your team to rise above the competition.

Mr. Ulanday:
I generally do not write letters concerning a workers
performance on the telephone because I feel that good
community service is a part of their job. However, I
must write to tell you about my encounter with Marissa
Hubbert. By every standard, Ms. Hubbert went above "the
call of duty" to support me during my broken house alarm.
My observations of Ms. Hubbert's performance lead me
to believe that no one could have done a better job
of serving me than her and throughout my ordeal, I specifically
requested her.
Enthusiastic, caring, warm, dedicated, responsible,
dependable, conscientious, and flexible are just a few
words to describe her performance. She is a natural
when it comes to calming frantic customers, like me.
She had an excellent knowledge of my home alarm system
and how to fix it.
Ms. Hubbert puts in the extra time to plan and implement
a way to get my home alarm fixed in a timely manner.
Because of her pleasant tone and her enthusiasm as a
professional, she put me at ease and allowed me to get
